Karthik founded Navor Consulting in 2009 driven by the belief that his unique blend of life and career experience offers midsize companies a viable alternative to traditional technology consulting. His experience migrating to the U.S., entrepreneurialism and role as a partner in multiple founder-led companies, has taught him many valuable lessons regarding the challenges midsize companies face. This enables him to see the world through his clients’ eyes and in turn develop pragmatic solutions that deliver true bottom-line impact.
From a technology perspective, Karthik has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting, serving a wide range of industries and sizes of clients from emerging to Fortune 500 companies. He’s universally recognized as having deep expertise in IT strategy, data, custom software development, and various SaaS platforms. His key to delivering successful outcomes center around creating maximum clarity regarding the issues to be resolved, strategically minded solutions and executing for sustainable long-term impact.
Karthik earned a MS in Computer Science and Networking from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and BE in Electronics and Communication at University of Madras.
David Windhausen
With over 30 years of experience as a C-Level executive and technology strategist, David leads the company’s technology consulting and strategy practices. His unique background in technology and innovation has been foundational in establishing business transformation and go-to-market strategies for new products and services, driving the continued digital evolution of the organizations he has championed. His leadership has fostered the strategic growth of organizations from start-up to a run rate of over $300mm in annual revenues; achieving YoY growth of greater than 25% with valuations of over $1 billion.
David has been the recipient of many awards throughout his career and was named a PM360 Elite Innovator in 2015, and a Top 10 MM&M Innovation Catalyst in 2019. Most recently, David served as the Partner and Chief Technology Officer at EVERSANA Lifesciences, a pharmaceutical contract commercialization service provider, and as President of the company’s digital transformation consulting division, EVERSANA B2D.
Dave earned his BS in Computer Science from William Jewell College and Executive MBA from Rockhurst University.

Bob possesses over 30 years of experience in management and IT consulting, with an emphasis on helping clients diagnose and develop strategies that resolve the root causes stunting their growth. Looking beyond the obvious, and here and now, he’s able to quickly identify opportunities that deliver both rapid ROI and transformational change resulting in long-term success.
Prior to joining Navor, Bob served as the Director of Business Development at G.A Sullivan, one of four Microsoft super regional partners in the country and in sales leadership roles for StrategicOne, a marketing analytics and automation firm, RSM’s Western Region’s Management Consulting group and Trabon Solutions, an IT consulting firm, specializing in custom software development, data solutions and IT strategy. This experience has taught him the value of challenging conventional thought, acting with speed and purpose, and tightly aligning Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximize revenue.
